We do not use Your Content to train our AI models. Your documents are processed in isolated environments and are not shared with other customers.

7. Fees and Payment
Some features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
AI-generated answers may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before relying on it for business decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIEFLY DOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Briefly Docs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
